WELCOME TO STEELBUNCH! THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF STEELBUNCH’S SERVICES, APPLICATIONS, AND WEBSITES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE”). BY USING STEELBUNCH, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE.

1. Use of Service

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

  • You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or violating laws.

  • Astra Forge may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Accounts and Workspaces

  • When you create an account, you must provide accurate information.

  • Workspace owners control membership, permissions, and billing.

  • You are responsible for any activity occurring under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • steelbunch offers paid plans. Details are available on our Pricing page.

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in steelbunch (software, design, trademarks) remain with Steelbunch.

  • You retain rights to any content you upload into Steelbunch (tasks, projects, files).

  • By using integrations, you grant Steelbunch permission to process content as required for functionality.

5. User Content

  • You are responsible for the content you create and share.

  • You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

  • Steelbunch may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Our use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

  • We follow industry standards to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Service Availability

  • Steelbunch aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

  • We are not liable for any loss due to downtime or service interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • steelbunch is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, steelbunch. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using steelbunch at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless your local laws require otherwise.
